As a customer who always have my car serviced at Douglas Infiniti, I give this dealership A+ in customer service, friendly atmosphere, and professionalism. This is a result of the excellent personnel working for them. Recently had my car serviced where Ann-Marie was the service agent. She not only ensured that I was provided with all the information on the car and options in terms of what needed to be done, but exercised great patience as I expressed my concerns. I highly recommend this dealership!

Why no one has said much about Anamarie in Service means nothng more than laziness by customers that have dealt with her. She is diligent, professional and treats your car as if it's her own. Communication and updates are also her strength. If this is not recognized by the company then ask those who deal with her. Keep her as long as she can stay. Lose her at your own peril!!!
