Just last week we had a major issue with our Infiniti QX60 that was bought in 2020 which we did not expect (besides also needing to get an oil change). The issue was the CPU -which controls the touchscreen, navigation, audio, Bluetooth and climate was completely dead/not responding at all when pressed and was stuck on the A/C on and at the max level.
