I am so happy with the outstanding service that the Douglas Infiniti Service team provides. I cross a bridge, sit in traffic sometimes, and pay a bunch of tolls to have my Q50 RS serviced and it’s worth every penny at Douglas. I always love going to Dauglus Infinity because of their friendly and professional approach. They always come up to accommodate my needs. They will check your car and keep it up to the mark. If by any chance they they cannot identify the problem, they will fix in next attempt and will compensate for that somehow by providing some extra checks/upgrades out of their goodwill. I feel like family going to this showroom/service center. Thank you

As a customer who always have my car serviced at Douglas Infiniti, I give this dealership A+ in customer service, friendly atmosphere, and professionalism. This is a result of the excellent personnel working for them. Recently had my car serviced where Ann-Marie was the service agent. She not only ensured that I was provided with all the information on the car and options in terms of what needed to be done, but exercised great patience as I expressed my concerns. I highly recommend this dealership!
