Attention to detail is amazing. Customer service is amazing. Part turn around is relatively quick. Lots of experience in this shop. Chuck and crew are amazing.
As a professional welding company, they should ensure once a problem occurs, the next product should be corrected. We’ve had suspension shafts built through them and have had nothing but problems with the product. Broken welds, welds not fully penetrating and causing shaft bearings to snap and cause downtime. I’ll be recommending to my shop supervisor that we no longer use Douglas to fabricate for us.
