I had a very good experience here. Dr. Peffer was very respectful and courteous. He asked me a lot of questions so that he understood what was going on. He did a thorough assessment to make sure he was treating the necessary area. I felt very comfortable and he made sure I knew what he was going to do throughout the entire process. I liked that he talked with me as he was doing the adjustment, so I didn’t feel any pressure or pain. He made me feel like he truly cared about my treatment and addressing all of my concerns.
