I had an Independent Medical Examination (IME) appointment mandated by Allstate (my own insurance provider for PIP coverage) with Dr. Douglas Peffer. I had a very good experience here. Dr. Peffer was very respectful and courteous. He asked me a lot of questions so that he understood what was going on. He did a thorough assessment to make sure he was treating the necessary area. I felt very comfortable and he made sure I knew what he was going to do throughout the entire process.
