Dr Gorforth was friendly & helpful. He recommended orthotics, (a prescription) I paid for them, & when not received in 3 weeks, I called the office. Staff was rude. 5 more weeks go by, money was refunded to my acct, & no orthotics. I called the office for an explanation,. (how do I get orthotics? originally was told it would take 2 weeks, now 8 weeks has passed) again, staff not helpful.
