Front staff is friendly but doesn't know what's going on. The doctor says one thing and you make it to the front and they are confused. Couldn't get any coherent information. Everyone was confused about my care.
Extremely unprofessional and racist. I know that private practices can vary in care but as a medical professional this is some of the worst care I've ever witnessed. The front desk doesn't communicate with employees the physician. The physician was rude and very vocal about his personal feeling on patients weight and race and threats them accordingly. I get it he takes government insurance but Do better! Losing information, not giving out access to the portal, lying to patients is just disgusting

NO STARS! My father is dying of stage 4 lung cancer and can’t get a call back from Dr. Young or his staff. It is truly sad this Dr. is able to practice medicine. It has been a month of continuous phone calls from my father with no response. My father is trying to get a referral to see a pulmonary specialist which needs to come from Dr. Young. Dr Glen Young is my Doctor , I highly recommend him . He is a Gentleman . His secretary is Professional , friendly and knowledgeable . I feel comfortable with my Health now that i found this Caring Doctor .
