My friend was seeking services here and she is very happy with the service! The front desk is super nice and helped me with any questions I had regarding the services they provide. My friend’s case manager, I believe her name is Melanie or Melissa, has also been extremely helpful. Thank you to all the staff!
Don’t waste your time here.unfortunately I’ve wasted 2 years here. A new therapist that I’ve only met a few times named “Melissa” called out “three” times in a row when it came to my appointments. When I did get a chance to see her .. she already had a client and a child in a stroller in her office .. and extended time with that client asking me “can I please see you another day .. i have a client in my office” .. I had to reschedule my appointment and all.. I guess even our “thoughts” don’t matter… #peace
