El tiempo de espera es loquísimo, tienes una cita a una hora y olvídate que vas a estar esperando más de 30/50+ minutos para que te atiendan .If the appointment is at 3:00pm no worries, just arrived at 5:00pm and still, they would make you wait anyways -.- so annoying
Douglas Gardens Community Mental Health was a good place from my experience of 4years, the only odd thing is that they do not provide virtual services. I had a case worker named Joyce and I recommend anyone ask her to be their caseworker. She wasn’t just a case worker; she was also a person who seriously helped people through their emotional and mental issues. She is also a person to ask for help if you need help
