There's better options especially for this side of town. I'm paying 675 a month for an apartment that has a whole in the wall from very bad repairs. The walls are moldy. Maintenance and the apartment managers have been avoiding the hole in the wall since my initial move in. I moved in in March it is now October I've been hearing the same ole "we're on our way" for 8 months seasons have changed and changed again and that hole is still in my wall. Since a change in management, new management is cold and impersonal. (Edit: They changed management again without telling anyone but my feelings are mostly unchanged) They seem more interested in the other property being managed through their office and that is reflected through their usage of branded notices for that property being hung up here.
