Dr. Hames has been my family’s physician for 3 generations of my family. He’s very caring and takes his time going over all of your concerns. My issue here lays in his support staff. Calls go unanswered. They have messed up appointment times. Issues with them trying to bill the incorrect insurance. It can be quite a hassle.
