Im so over this crappy office my daughter had appt today at 220 they call leave message to call ... mind you while im at work, not say hey sorry ur appt canceled just hey give us call .. mind u the day of her appt .. this not first time this happened or they want you to hurry up because last appt of the day so they can go home .. get ready for rude receptionist to top it off .. if you have child schedule that child should be seen especially with risky situations.. highly dont recommend this office the fact ive even stayed th... read more
Unfortunately what I tried to write the first time is too long so I had to shorten it up. Haven’t seen the doctor yet, so this review is strictly about my experience with the front desk staff. I was referred here by the Board of Disabilities and had to reschedule my child’s first appointment because he was hospitalized. The next available appointment was over a month later, which I understood. My daughter’s appointment was a month ago and Dr Fleck is still mentioned daily. She now has a doctor play kit. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I really liked how Dr. Fleck examined her stuffed animal dinosaur first to show her what he was doing. I highly recommend this practice.
Very unhappy with this office. Unable to get my sick daughter in the office numerous amount of times being told that I have to keep calling the morning of to get my daughter in for a sick visit or I am more than able to take them to the urgent care or Er. The scheduling system is so unreal. What kind of an office that is supposed to help with young children takes well visits over sick visits. Absolutely ridiculous. The receptionists there are rude and gets very defensive when u are asking questions.. Would not recommend this... read more
