D. Zahler is AMAZING, however his staff is HORRIBLE! Their professionalism, skills & overall run of his office is awful. This isn't my 1st time having an issue with his staff that's why I'm writing this review. I'm stuck since I've been with him for years now and only stay because of him, if he should ever leave I'm gone too! I give him a 5 star rating and his staff none!
I've been wearing glasses for 45 years, so I've seen plenty of eye doctors. Yesterday I met Dr Zahler at Sears Optical in North Canton. I was very impressed. I made the appointment on-line and walked straight in when my time came. He took all the time I needed to listen to my complicated needs, and he carefully checked my vision with several instruments.
