I really can't believe such a big company actually deletes customer reviews? This company has an agent named Cindy Gao (Zhaoting Gao). She is very unprofessional. I bought a house through her, and it took more than three months to close. This process made me extremely frustrated, and I am very unhappy with my choice of this company and this agent. Thanks to Barbi Schwartzberg and her colleagues we sold our home in the second week on the market at a nice sum above “ask.” Barbi was a great communicator and was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do for proper “Staging.” She assured us that our house would sell quickly even though we were a bit cautious about our expectations.
