Apparently this office is in the habit of misrepresenting the square footage of some of their listings in order to justify the asking price. It was done with the listing they had at 2287 Howes St. in Merrick they listed at over 1700 square feet which was actually less than 1500 square feet and now the listing at 2810 Wynsum Ave. in Merrick listed at over 2900 square feet by counting the basement square footage of approximately 600 square feet as living space. To me that just shows blatant dishonesty.
