Joe Toscano, the Manager is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He treats everyone like family here and helps his team members tremendously!
In my Real Estate career I have a number of different managers. Joe Toscano was one of the exceptional ones. Joe always had time to help solve any problems that arose. More important, I felt he cared about the people involved. I felt fortunate to have him on my side.
Apparently this office is in the habit of misrepresenting the square footage of some of their listings in order to justify the asking price. It was done with the listing they had at 2287 Howes St. in Merrick they listed at over 1700 square feet which was actually less than 1500 square feet and now the listing at 2810 Wynsum Ave. in Merrick listed at over 2900 square feet by counting the basement square footage of approximately 600 square feet as living space. To me that just shows blatant dishonesty.
5 stars isn't enough for the credit due to our Agent, AnnMarie McVea of Douglas Elliman in Massapequa. AnnMarie worked endlessly to help us find our forever home.
