What a horrible experience. I went to an open house on 3 Townhouse place unit 3C in Great Neck today and the real estate agent was so rude...my god. It felt like she did not even want to sell the place. We walked in the building and the first thing she said was that the building had a waitlist for parking and then that the building does not have an elevator. No greeting whatsoever.
