What a Shame!!! This real estate company prioritizes profit over service. Agents push tenants to use their in-house Elliman credit check system, charging an extra $20+ fee on top of a full month’s rent as a broker fee. Despite being paid by tenants, they often side with landlords and dismiss tenant concerns. They refuse to accept official credit reports from sources like AnnualCreditReport.com or Credit Karma, forcing unnecessary inquiries.
