Absolutely the WORST management team ever. Our building has become unbearable to live in and you can forget doing any kind of repair or improvement to your home because Douglas Elliman will block everyone and everything. Do not ever bring them into your building unless you want your home value to collapse.

The management team never responds to emails, and they approve anyone to live on their properties at this point. Recently they approved two criminals who were arrested and charged multiple times to live in an owner unit at The Greenwich at 125 Greenwich St. who were recently evicted from American Copper buildings in NYC and multiple previous properties, and caused objectionable conduct for months. Nonexistent surly "service". I was charged a "Late Fee" for my monthly maintenance 10/25. It comes electronically directly out of my bank account. I never once had a problem in 30 years! I was told a month ago I would get a one time refund, like they were doing me a big favor. I never received the refund. Avoid doing business with this firm if at all possible.

I still did not get my refund back . After paying so many times the refund fee. I request everyone please don’t trust them . I don’t know even if I will get my money back back . Stay away from this scammer.
