DEPM took over as our condo management company in 8/2024. In the beginning of their tenure, the staff were not so friendly or responsive to emails and concerns. Then came the summer of 2025 and all hell broke loose. The Geothermal System that provides heat and air conditioning for the building of over 140 owners did not function from June 2025 to July 31, 2025. Do not buy apartments here or even rent them, because the residents have their packages stolen randomly and if you complain the the management office, they don't help you, they want you to forget the incidents happen and at the same time they blame residents for the theft
