Elizabeth Mendoza was absolutely FANTASTIC! No matter the request, she was very quick to respond, even well after normal office hours. If you have a real estate need in LIC - be sure to call or contact Liz. A really great experience!
This company always charges you the service you never used. And when you questioned them and asked for correction. They never correct it. For two years, I told them I haven’t rent a bike spot in my apartment and please stop charging me. But they continue charging and never show me the evidence that shows I have rented that spot. Douglas Elliman Property Management is the most irresponsible and dishonest company I have seen.
Agent Mario szlendack does not return calls. What a shame..
