Very unprofessional. Definitely pick their favorites. Semi worked with Jack Chiu and he made me believe that he would help me find a home knowing my urgency. He left me completely helpless after getting my hopes up. Countless times I’ve called him and he made it seem he’ll send me an email asking for what he needs and never did.
