I am writing this review so that everyone can be aware of what kind of person they will be dealing with that works for Douglas Elliman. One of the realtors of this company named Paul Bergman has invested money in a very run down oil patch in central Texas and owns approximately 90 wells. Him and his business partner knew nothing about oil wells and I agreed to come aboard to assist them in getting their wells up and running again. Quite honestly, I did a lot of research to find what I thought was the right realtor to sell our home but sadly wish I had gone a different route. It is completely apparent they do not have the sellers interest at heart. Just looking for a quick flip or money in their pocket regardless of the cost or impact to the owner. If you are a buyer maybe they are geared more for you but sellers beware.
