I would not recommend working with this real estate company. Before purchasing my home, I specifically asked Constance Porto whether all permits and certificates of occupancy were in place. After closing, I discovered that the attic did not have a Certificate of Occupancy, resulting in additional expenses and significant time spent addressing the issue.
