Terrible management and property owners. They haven’t returned my security deposit beyond the 14 day period that is required by law. the agent on the phone even told me that a lot of other previous tenants are also experiencing the same issue and have been waiting even longer than I have. Agents aren’t helpful at all and can’t do anything about it. If you rent with Douglas Elliman, expect to give them a free month of rent because you won’t be getting your security deposit back. Please save yourself the money and troubles.
