Broker provided no discernable service. – The broker I worked with failed to provide basic information about the apartment I eventually rented. I even called him once to verify the address: after much prodding he provided an answer, the wrong answer. I think he resented a customer asking him to be knowledgeable about the property. I wouldn't recommend them.... – There are so many realtors in this neighborhood. I would not recommend using this one. In the end, I did not. My first experience with them was back a few years, when my boyfriend and I were haughtily dismissed from the office, presumably because we weren't looking for places in a high enough rent range.
