Worst Service Encountered! – My husband and I were interested in buying property on Montague. The realtor assigned to our service was poorly dressed and resembled a homeless person. We thought she was not an employee at first until she introduced herself as Karen, our potential agent. It was very shocking they allow such casual appearances. Prudential's mortgage consultant, Mr. Jose Becerra was two days late on contacting us regarding loan assistance. I wouldn't recommend them.... – There are so many realtors in this neighborhood. I would not recommend using this one. In the end, I did not. My first experience with them was back a few years, when my boyfriend and I were haughtily dismissed from the office, presumably because we weren't looking for places in a high enough rent range.
