They do not follow Florida Real Estate laws. a contract/agreement/escrow with them is not taken seriously, they will lie to you about anything as long as it’s in their best interest. They will scam you like they did to me. Do not trust this company. You have been warned. You do not want to be in the same spot they just put me in, scammed for thousands of dollars. The head broker Judith Corcos won’t even call me back to discuss what they just did to me.
