I have called the office and left numerous messages with the secretary and different agents about multiple listings I am interested in and have not received a response. I have also inquired through listing on the website and have had no follow up. I have been in the process of looking for an apartment for weeks with no luck getting a hold of any one. Extremely frustrating!!

I recently bought a condo that had Rafael Silva as the listing agent. It has been a messy, frustrating, and unfortunate experience due to his sloppy and unprofessional attitude and lack of work ethics. Some professions require people with some humanness in them…some consideration towards people who trust.
The worst! Terrible runaround by several agents.
