Thirteen years ago, Dr Denys removed a large mass from my husbands neck. We would soon learn it was cancerous. He took immediate steps to see that my husband received the help he needed. Initially my husband was given 1 to 3 years. Thanks to Dr Denys amazing contribution, it is 2019 and my husband continues to enjoy life.
The only ENT around willing to see me the same day. Excellent staff, very professional and friendly. Will absolutely recommend.
I'm really torn because he was a great, caring, knowledgable doctor. My complaint is that he did a small office procedure and then they billed it to my insurance as a 'surgical procedure'! My insurance won't cover it and I'm stuck with a large bill now. I wish they would have told me ahead of time and I could have chosen NOT to do the procedure. And the best they can offer me now is a payment plan! Make sure before you do anything that they tell you how they will bill it!
My 14 year old daughter suffered from recurring sore throats and somewhat large tonsils, so Dr. Denys took her tonsils out. We were very pleased with the tonsillectomy and with Dr. Denys' care during her recovery. When she was reacting poorly to her painkillers and struggling to stay hydrated, Dr. Denys was available to prescribe new medications and counsel with us, even though it was the weekend. Dr. Denys and his office staff were easy to work with and communicated well with us.
The office staff is not responsive to your needs and concerns. I'm nervous about continuing any further care with this office. It's difficult to get appointments and to get answers. There is no follow up. You have to continually call them if you want any results, and then they act put out by your call.
