I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at the thought of going to a chiropractor for help with ongoing ear issues that had become almost unbearable at times, but thank god I took a friend's advice. I did not follow the docs advice and slacked off on my appointments only to end up with a herniated disc. As soon as I went into the office, he was able to give me a quick diagnoses and began treatment right away. It did not seem excessive in fact, he advised me to cool it as I was trying to get in 3 x a week even after a couple of weeks of treatment. I can't believe it taken me this long to review!! I have been a patient of Dr. Doug for some years now, I started seeing him through a referral from a friend because my back and hips where all "jacked" . After a series of adjustments I was the most "pain free", "flexibile", and "active" I had been in years.. This idea of being this pain free was new to me and gave me the motivation to get back in my football playing shape which I was able to do! If I'm ever in pain now, not after I leave Doug
