Douglas Brown has no sense for time management or business and does not respect his clients or their time. He is never available and you will hear nothing for weeks despite several calls and emails. You only ever speak to his secretaries and if you do finally manage to talk to the attorney he will treat you like you are stupid for not understanding the legal jargon you hired him to assist you with.
