Douglas Brown has no sense for time management or business and does not respect his clients or their time. He is never available and you will hear nothing for weeks despite several calls and emails. You only ever speak to his secretaries and if you do finally manage to talk to the attorney he will treat you like you are stupid for not understanding the legal jargon you hired him to assist you with. I watched one of my loved ones go through an excruciating time having Douglas Brown as his lawyer for his custody case. He didn’t seem to do much work at all for the amount of time and money spent.
