Things have really changed at this office over the years. It has become very difficult to actually see Dr. Tran, and the office staff takes a long time to answer the phone and can come across as pretty rude. At one point, Dr. Tran personally called my husband to cancel an appointment — and then we were charged for that call, which was really disappointing. I see Sara Horvath and she was so kind, the staff were on time (early even) and really surprised me with how immediate the response times were. I was getting medication approved an hour after my appointment with messages from the office to boot. I found Sara to be very sensitive to my needs and I am looking forward to working with this office again in the future. Everyone in this office is wonderful. I see Sara, and she is very caring, attentive, and truly listens—she makes you feel valued as a patient. Kelcie, the RN, goes above and beyond with her level of care and always takes the time to answer any questions Unfortunately, my experience with Shital has been the opposite.
