I see Sara Horvath and she was so kind, the staff were on time (early even) and really surprised me with how immediate the response times were. I was getting medication approved an hour after my appointment with messages from the office to boot. I found Sara to be very sensitive to my needs and I am looking forward to working with this office again in the future. It is such a relief to find good healthcare, you are in good hands with Dr.tran and his team.
Dr. Tran is a fabulous doctor but they don’t answer the phone. I was left on hold for 35 minutes. Received a cryptic message about an appointment could not get it verified so if I don’t show up for the appointment on August 2, you’ll know why I did try you refused to answer your phone thank you have a
Dr. Tran may very well be a fine doctor but I'll never know because I didn't see him. Instead, I saw a physician's assistant. I would have absolutely no problem with that but she seemed to be very rushed and I felt that she talked to me in a patronizing way. I'm 66, a retired engineer and intelligent so I don't like being talked to like a child.
