Things have really changed at this office over the years. It has become very difficult to actually see Dr. Tran, and the office staff takes a long time to answer the phone and can come across as pretty rude. At one point, Dr. Tran personally called my husband to cancel an appointment — and then we were charged for that call, which was really disappointing. I see Sara Horvath and she was so kind, the staff were on time (early even) and really surprised me with how immediate the response times were. I was getting medication approved an hour after my appointment with messages from the office to boot. I found Sara to be very sensitive to my needs and I am looking forward to working with this office again in the future.
