Dr Heldreth is very experienced and knowledgable. He stays on top of labs and other tests but is careful not to be unnecessarily aggressive with treatment if it is not warranted by the risk. He also consults with his partners and other experts when there is any uncertainty. Also everyone in the office is extremely friendly and welcoming.

My team at Florida Cancer Specialist is the greatest!! Dr. Heldreth, Susan and Bonnie are a wonderful team!! I met them in 2016 when I was 6 months pregnant and diagnosed with stage 3 invasive breast cancer. Which then turned into me having cancer 3 times in the last 6 years. Dr. Heldreth is awesome!! I got a blood draw and they are very good at drawing blood. Then I had a meeting with Dr Heldreth and we talked about my results of the draw.
In 2 months of treatment, I saw Dr Heldreth once. When in distress after leaving several messages, no one called back. Would not recommend or ever want to see Florida Cancer Specialists again.
Dr. Heldreth is kind, caring and knows the best treatment for you.I would recommend him to anyone.
If you are looking for a doctor who explains things and spends ample time with patients, this is not the doctor.
