Dr. Cutter is amazing! He nailed my diagnosis right on the head. He spent so much quality time with me, explaining my diagnosis, and did not make me feel like I was just a pay check for him. I never felt rushed, which is fairly rare to find in a doctor. Dr. Cutter was knowledgeable, kind, and helped me find the right doctor for the next step in my process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Cutter himself and the medical team he has are awesome. He was absolutely the right person to take my child to when he had a concussion. The front office and billing staff leave a lot to be desired. He says call and say it’s a concussion and they will work you in and the front office says something completely different when you do call. I have a high deductible insurance plan so I typically do not pay copays at appointments. I always pay all my bills on time. This office has never sent me a bill for services. Dr. Cutter is an extremely efficient, kind and caring physician. I called his office as a new patient with extreme pain. His staff set me up an appointment for the next day. He listened to all my concerns.Reviewed all my previous records. Dr. Cutter’s staff set me up for an MRI for the very next day. I had an appointment the next day for the results.
