If you want to be in pain and treated like a drug addict immediately after surgery this Is the place to go...we were even told we should have went somewhere else by that bag of a nurse practitioner that works for Dr sticha... The rice memorial hospital had the rudest male nurses ever my wife was stressed and crying the whole time
I have had 2 knee replacements and a toe fusion done by the doctors at Heartland, and extensive followup physical therapy as well. I am 100% satisfied with my experiences and would recommend them to everyone. I appreciate their patient interaction & support staff. I am always greeted with a smile and feel well cared for. A+ in my book. :)
I have not yet seen a Dr., but so far the support staff has been less than helpful. Twice, they mis-read instructions from my primary care Dr., resulting in a delay in getting an appointment. Their interactions on the phone leave something to be desired. They mis-identified me, gave conflicting information about the time of my appointment, and in general were what I consider to be unprofessional over the phone. Horrible communication. The doctors nurse never called me back. Extremely unpleased with the service I was given here. Will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place to anyone!
Horrible patient service. Nurses are not very polite. Not happy with the services they provide
