I have been trying to contact someone about the problem in my brother's room with no assess to the wifi to put on Netflix's for my brother he is basically bed bound so one of his only pleasure is to watch movies.....i have been trying for a whole two months with no one getting back with me with any explanation can you please help me...Larry cherry

I was appalled at the practices of this so-called hospital. There were multiple occasions in which I would call the hospital to inquire about a patient and the phone would ring endlessly with no answer. Another time I called and the phone rang for 3 minutes before a voice recording came on but I was unable to leave a message and no live person was reached. Would you recommend this hospital to others? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
