I DO NOT have anything good to say about this office at all. I have tried for3 days IN SEVERE PAIN to get someone to call me back. I have left messages & spoken with people who said they would call me back but NO ONE EVER CALLS!!! I have been using this office since 2004. I will be looking for another doctor. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I can't get into a dentist. I told them it might possibly be a sinus infection but with the condition of my teeth it's most likely a tooth infection. Had an appt for a month, they call me last min to re-schedule. My appt is at 1:45, at 3:00 i asked for my money back. They said it was because Dr. Shah is old and don't want to risk getting sick. Well, I'm old too. I'm 56 and have auto immune disorder so it was'nt very healthy for me to sit in there for over an hour.Very un professional and un organized.

You are given an appointment time, but NEVER,NEVER seen at the time given. Usually have to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes past your appt. time to be seen. I have had to wait one hour or longer past my appointed time...My time is just as important. I have an appointment, I expect to be seen at that time. Once you do see them, they are great, they just need to see patients at their appointed time. I ran the front office for a dentist for 20 yrs. and patients NEVER had to wait more than 10 mins. and that was rare .
Called to get a referral today and found out that our insurance is no longer accepted. They have a assigned me to another doctor. This was all done on August 1 and it is now August 7. So no one called us or anything to let us know this was happening.
