We were treated horribly and aggressively particularly by Lori. My son's hygienist was rough and loud, made him fairly uncomfortable. When I nicely asked to be scheduled with another hygienist I was treated in a horribly unprofessional and rude manner beyond what you would think is even possible in a "professional" setting.
