I cannot express my gratitude enough to Shawna seeing my child within days as a first time patient. We didn't have to wait weeks during a time when weeks were not an option. My child and myself were immediately comfortable with Shawna. She is very approachable and compassionate. Shawna is a phenomenal clinician that has helped our family tremendously throughout our son’s time with her. Ms. Shawna and the Douglas County Child Therapy clinic is amazing. My three girls have been meeting with Ms. Shawna regularly for well over a year. My three girls who previously hated going to "therapy" to "talk about their feelings" are now overjoyed to go and often beg for additional time with Shawna.
