I called the number I found online which directly went to his cellphone. After a 2 minute at most explaining my situation he cut me off and stated he needed to go into court at 1:30pm and he would not be able to assist me to essentially find another another lawyer before he hung up on me without letting me finish my thought. I called him at 1:19pm and he could’ve politely ended the call, but to hang up on me is beyond rude. I’m glad this happened and I avoided him as an attorney.
I can not say enough good things about Doug. He answered when I called and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Communication is huge for me! I never had to worry about Doug not getting back to me or providing updates. Thank you, Doug! You were fantastic!
