I called in this morning and was turned off by whoever answered the phone. I was informed that it was my job to call my insurance company to find out if Douglas Chiropractic was under network... Excuse me? What type of trailer park trash system are they running? I know about billing and coding insurance verification is done by the staff not the freaking patient. Ugh,
Doctor Douglas is a world class Chiropractor. Truly cares about his patients and does an amazing job at balancing the WHOLE body, not just adjusting certain parts. He works with World Class Athletes and local athletes. One of his specialties is in balancing the whole skeleton with the use of orthotics, which helps eliminate, knee pain, back pain and hip pains.
