Since I have been a loyal customer of Douglas Caroll for almost ten years, it is sad to say that I have to part ways with them. During a service this past week, I was forced to pay just under $400 against my will. As opposed to my normal service, I requested partial highlights at the top of my head and toner to cover my grays. However, the salon doublebooked me or did not book me with enough time for my own appointment, so my stylist was back and forth between two people the whole time.
