We just started seeing Dr. Phillip and Schmitt, and cannot say enough about the level of professionalism that everyone in the office projects. It is evident throughout your visit that everyone has your very best interest at heart. Their attention to detail, and their processes from the first visit to follow-up visits are exceptional. Drs. Phillips and Schmitt absolutely deserve every compliment they receive. Not only are they highly competent, but they are also extremely patient and considerate, taking the time to explain exactly what they are doing. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful, and the hygienists are first-rate. If you need extensive dental work, as I did, discussing and agreeing on a treatment plan beforehand helps the patient feel some ownership in the process. The entire staff at P&S is amazing. Dr. Phillips is so gentle and caring. He spends so much time making sure you are comfortable and that the work is accurate. All my extended family near Asheville are patients at P&S too. :)
Dr Schmitt... Was a life saver ..my husband's 30 yr implant had got lose & infected ...after our dentist & an oral surgeon couldn't fix .( over 2 weeks of extreme pain) . Was send to Dr Schmitt ..he fixed in less then an hour ...the pain & infection gone ....we just Praise The Lord for the care he gave & we didn't have to come back .. He fixed the 1st trip ...
