So kind and conciderate. You almost forget you're at the dentist. They really do treat you right. The bill is always gone through with you so you have a good understanding of what, when, where and etc. I have found the dentist that I have been looking for.
All of the staff at Douglas Dental are consummate professionals. They are caring and efficient. The comfort of their patients is top most in their minds no matter what procedure is being performed. They have been tending to my dental needs for over 20 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
Always. A bit of anxiety with a new dentist. The staff was so friendly and helpful that this went away quickly and Dr Rastetter was efficient and charming. I won't have any qualms about return visits

This is how a dental office is suppose to work! Staff and Dr. made me feel at ease right away. Questions were asked if I was experiencing any problems. An exam is done by Dr. Rastetter, then he explains exactly what needs to be done, if anything to repair my teeth. He explains it in everyday language so it is easy to understand. I went for my regular dental cleaning with Kelly. Going to the Denist for anything, even a routine cleaning, is not my favorite thing to do. But everyone there works hard to put you at ease and they do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!
