I was passing thru Lebanon on the way to Nevada and i needed a repair. The owner David took time out of his very busy schedule to get me back on the road as soon as possible. When i got the bill it was half the price of what i paid for the same repair at home and that was from someone i knew. Wish there were more people in the world like David.
Our vehicle died on a recent roadtrip, leaving my family stranded on the side of I-44. Called O'Reilly Auto to ask about mobile service (since we knew it was battery or alternator.) O'Reilly couldn't help without knowing for sure it was battery but he called a mechanic and sent him our way (which he totally did not have to do.) David Douglas came to the rescue, got us going enough to follow him to his shop where he and his guys went above and beyond the call of duty.
