I have only rated one company on Facebook - Douglas Art and Frame. I cannot emphasize enough how great they are to work with, how helpful and honest their staff is (even for small projects that likely result in little to no profit), and how affordable they are. I would recommend them to anyone for any size project.
Douglas Art and Frame did an excellent job framing my rather large (30 x 48") woodcut "Taliesin Goose." I'm so glad I had you guys frame it instead of attempting something so big/unwieldy myself, especially since the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum just purchased it for their museum collection!
This store is a real gem! The owner is an accomplished artist in his own right and is finds the perfect frames to enhance any item I bring in. In addition, the store is packed with a wonderful variety of art, both originals and prints. In particular I like the collection of old maps and Badger paraphernalia.

Paul is an accomplished artist and framer. It's delightful to visit his gallery and frame shop in the Shorewood shopping plaza. He has an endless selection of framing materials and gives great advice. It’s not just the same tired old mats and moldings; he carries unique and unusual materials and knows how to use them to achieve just the look you’re going for.
