Great staff! I would recommend any of my fellow pet parents here!
The staff is friendly and caring. For 3 years in a row, they have helped me and our shih tzu, Roxy, by completing the required health certificate to allow us to import her to Hawaii. It is a complicated process, and they have worked with me to get it right. I would recommend Douglas Animal Hospital.
I have always enjoyed going to Douglas Hosp for the care of my animals. They have been given undivided attention and care every time I've brought my pets in.

I will never go back here! If there was a negative 1 star that's what I would have picked. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past 6 months at this clinic. I have been told by other clinics that I have been taken advantage of. Just like we trust mechanics, we should be able to trust vets as well. You are not paying for the care of your animals you are paying for all the fancy new things they have! My 1 year old pet almost died getting his teeth cleaned, and I got stuck with a $1,000 bill!
