Went to rent an apartment and let’s say they were very professional they even helped me out ina few areas before submitting my application I gave them a deposit and they gave it back with no issues even after I got denied the apartment for no reason at that I recommend them to anyone had a good experience with them and glad they still helping me
I personally have good experience with this real estate company . They're very helpful, and understanding. I can't Thank Douglas and Melissa enough. This is a honest review from someone who doesn't feel "entitled".
I don't normally do review . But after reading some of the reviews, I had to leave one. I do home renovation to many home owners and I've been into many renters home where the landlord are left to with a huge mess to clean up just after a year doing some renovation but the residents feel it just "needs paint" and want all the deposits back. There's a review with a bill here that clearly says LED sticky light and stickers and labor was 1200, materials 300. How much people think materials cost?
