Dr. Tuterow is awesome and has always been very good to my family. However, his tall receptionist, Janice, hurt my feelings very much and I will not be going back. She insulted my lifestyle right in front of me while making an appointment at another office for me to have an extraction. I'll never forget it. She was judgemental, loud, and thought she was funny.

My daughter went last week for a cleaning. Told him she was having lots of pain in a certain area. After he examined her he said she was fine and they would keep a look out on a few teeth. Well I just took her to another dentist to have a tooth extracted after days of pain. There was no saving the tooth. Why didn't he see the problem or take my daughter serious? This is unacceptable. Do better and listen to your patients
I have been going to Dr. Tutterow for a few years now and he is the best dentist I have ever had. I have always hated going to the dentist since I was a kid, however Dr. Tutterow has changed my opinion of going to the dentist. I highly recommend him to everyone.
My wife and I have been going here for 7+ years. The receptionist, hygienist, and doctor have always been extremely friendly and professional. The receptionist calls to remind me to pre-med before my appointments. They are very gentle, but through during cleanings. Also they keep me updated on any possible concerns or issues.
