The best way I can describe my experience is "no problems". Kaitlin was caring and compassionate, and guided us through writing my wife's obituary and taking care of her final arrangements. Because of Covid, I had to wait for a year to hold the memorial service: No problem. When the time came, she helped plan everything. Refreshments? No problem. Memorial card? No problem.
