This is a "HORRIBLE" company. There is a woman in the office that is the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. They charge exorbitant rates for labor and fuel. They were at my house at least 8 times this year and could have got the job done in 1 visit and they will hit you hard in the wallet if you have to have a tech come out after business hours. Do NOT use this company...a technician came out to start my furnace over the weekend and was at my house for no more than 10 minutes, I just got the bill and it was $140. Further, I just got a call from a representative from the company looking to collect their money and she was pushy and rude...trying to sell me on their "special rate" of $2.65/gallon for oil.
