Called them in early fall, no one returned my call, finally made an appointment they went to the wrong house , no one asked me for my new address but I told them anyway, still went to the wrong house. They sent a young guy out, he pulled the furnace apart and took pictures, said he needed his dad to come take a look? No one has called or gotten back to me , furnace is still apart and not working. They could have at least called and said there's no fixing it or something... now it's January and I have no furnace

Called during the busy season and they were very prompt in the return call and showed up that day to diagnose the issues. Fixed the issue temporarily until replacement part arrived and immediately came back to finish the job! 100% recommend
