NO RESPONSE! Called twice, talked to a worker (who heard my message on answering machine) who said he would have them reach out. No returned call …. Still waiting?
Our basement turned out perfectly! It was nice only having to go through the site manager and not having to deal with all the subcontractors. Even if there was an issue, they were very responsive. Highly recommended!
Nobody got back to you regarding information. Reached out multiple times. Shame when you try to support local businesses
After somehow signing up with my information I received several texts and phone calls, and repeatedly told them that I was not interested. My last straw was when I responded to a text message from Melissa by telling her to "please stop contacting me because I already finished my project" and her rude reply of blaming me and saying "if I would have responded before she wouldn't have reached out so many times". Take a hint company especially after repeatedly telling you I don't want your service.
If you want excellent work, great customer service at a competitive price, this is the company to call.
